Tenshin Nasukawa and Takuma Inoue to fight for vacant WBC bantamweight title
The World Boxing Council has ordered a negotiation period for the world bantamweight title fight between Japan’s WBC #1 Tenshin Nasukawa and WBC #2 Takuma Inoue.
If no agreement is reached between parties, the WBC will conduct a purse offer pursuant to the WBC Rules and Regulations on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
Former champion Junto Nakatani recently announced he will be moving up to the super-bantamweight division for his next fight.
Undefeated Tenshin Nasukawa (7-0, 2 KOs) and 'The Monster' Nayoa's brother Takuma Inoue (20-2, 5 KOs) pits the top two in the division against each other in what will be yet another all-Japanese extravaganza.
