Callum Dan faces Indonesian lightweight champion in his ninth contest

17-year-old Callum Dan is preparing for his UK pro boxing debut in 2027

Undefeated British boxing rising star Callum Dan (8-0, 6 KOs) is set to extend his international campaign, heading to Indonesia for a memorable fight night on Saturday, 12th December 2026, at the Bali Square Garden in Bali.

Promoted by Garuda Legacy Promotion, the event promises to be one of the biggest combat sports spectacles the region has ever witnessed, featuring action-packed professional boxing and Muay Thai bouts.

Following a sensational year that has seen him headline major international cards across Asia, including title-winning performances in Thailand and a high-profile appearance in Mumbai, the Plymouth-born teenager is raring to go once again against Robert Kopa (15-15-3, 4 KOs).

The 42-year-old former Indonesian lightweight champion has fought at super-middleweight in his last five fights and has 25 years and 25 fights superior experience over the boyish Brit.

In what will be Callum's final fight of 2026, the OPBF super-middleweight champion will be looking to impress in front of what is anticipated to be a capacity international crowd in Bali, continuing his ascent in professional boxing at just 17.

The burgeoning boxer won his professional boxing debut just one month after his 16th birthday in March 2025. The innovative youngster could be at 10-0 by the time he makes his UK debut.

Among the standout international competitors making waves on the card is fellow Brit Mikey Flannery - the hard-hitting light-heavyweight contender from Liverpool who joins Callum in representing the UK on this major international stage alongside a stacked roster of global and regional talent.

Known for his relentless work ethic and composure under pressure, he trains out of Intense Boxing Gym, home to Constantin Ursu. Callum continues to build a following both at home in the UK and internationally, and the countdown to his eventual 2027 debut in the UK is well and truly on.

Callum’s fight will be streamed along with all others on the night across the world on YouTube.
