Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian's Most Valuable Promotions has just signed two of the biggest names in British boxing, as they continue to bolster their female boxing stable.
Most Valuable Promotions announced that Chantelle “Il Capo” Cameron (20-1, 8 KOs) and Savannah “Silent Assassin” Marshall (13-1, 10 KOs) are joining their company.
Cameron, 34 from Northampton, is the current WBC Interim super lightweight champion, and was formerly the undisputed ruler of the division when she defeated Katie Taylor in their first fight in 2023.
The super-lightweight has lost just once, in her rematch with Taylor in November 2023, via mixed decision. She failed to get the trilogy match, as Taylor took a different direction, so instead notched up two fantastic points wins over Elhem Mekhaled and Patricia Berghult, both in 2024.
Savannah Marshall faced her long-time rival Claressa Shields in 2022 and, although she tried to end the American's undisputed middleweight championship, the judges scored the fight unanimously for T-Rex.
Marshall remains the only opponent to ever defeat Shields, during the amateurs. Shields has since moved up to heavyweight, whereas Marshall became undisputed at super-middleweight by defeating Franchon Crews-Dezurn by mixed decision in July 2023.
MVP will hold aloft the billboard made up of 100% female boxers. This will take place on July 11 at Madison Square Garden and will have the conclusion of the trilogy between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano as the main fight.
