IBO Boxing - Honesty & Integrity

The International Boxing Organization is an independent, transparent and respected version of the world title.

In their monthly newsletter, the IBO report on all the activity within their unique organisation, such as recent fight results and a look ahead to their upcoming schedule.

Curtain close

When the dust settled on a historic night at Croke Park, Katie Taylor stood victorious, defeating Flora Pili by unanimous decision to claim the IBO World Super Lightweight Championship and become Undisputed for the third time in her career, in front of 80,000 fans.

From a girl in Bray who dreamed big, to Olympic gold medalist in London, to a global icon who has carried the sport on her back across the world.

A pioneer. A trailblazer. A two-time IBO World Super Lightweight Champion.

And now, a boxing legend.

“El Tornado” vs “Great Dane”

Unified and Undefeated IBO World Super Middleweight Champion “El Tornado” Osleys Iglesias is entering the final stages of camp ahead of his sixth defense of the world title.

Standing across from him will be Denmark’s “Great Dane” Oliver Zaren, who steps into the biggest opportunity of his career with the IBO World Championship in his sights.

The next chapter is almost here.

“Demolition Man”

Undefeated “Demolition Man” Jack Rafferty takes the next step in his career when he faces former IBO Inter-Continental Champion Hovhannes Martirosyan at the AO Arena in Manchester on November 7th. With the IBO World Welterweight championship on the line, Rafferty has the opportunity to make the biggest statement of his career on one of boxing's biggest stages.

The first World Title fight ever held in Albania

Next month at Feti Borova Olympic Park, Jurgen Uldedaj will defend his IBO World Cruiserweight Championship against Blake Caparello in front of his fellow countrymen in Tirana, Albania.

For Uldedaj, it is more than a world title defense. It is a homecoming—and an opportunity to make history on home soil.

This will mark the first World Title fight ever held on Albanian soil.

One champion. One challenger. One historic night for Albanian boxing.

Knockout artists Milan Prat and Brandon Thysse are set to collide in Val-d’Oise with the IBO World Super Welterweight Championship on the line.
