'Horrible' Harry Scarff, 30 from Derby, is remarkably just one fight away from challenging unbeaten IBF World welterweight champion Jaron 'Boots' Ennis.

The Derbyshire destroyer has put himself in line for the IBF welterweight title with a run of five straight victories, whih includes dethroning unbeaten Ekow Essuman to tear away his British, Commonwealth and IBF European welterweight belts.

Managed by Lee Eaton, the 147-pounder now faces Ukraininan Karen Chukhadzhian on Friday, May 17, just one day before the world turns its attention to the undisputed heavyweight showdown between another Brit vs Ukraine matchup when Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk clash for all the marbles.
