World champion boxers Kell Brook and Ebanie Bridges become proud parents

Boxers Kell Brook and Ebanie Bridges share picture of their baby on social media

The world champions boxers became mother and father on February 20, 2025, with the birth of their baby boy, Ezerra Ray Brook.

Ebanie Bridges shared the news on social media:

Both Brook and Bridges were IBF world champions during their professional boxing careers.

38-year-old Ebanie was the first female boxer to ever sign for Matchroom Boxing and became the IBF world bantamweight champion in 2022 in Leeds, which she quickly adopted as her favourite football team and city.

Also 38, 'Special K' from Sheffield was an IBF world welterweight champion 11 years ago in 2014. Brook fought the likes of Shawn Porter, Gennady Golovkin, Errol Spence and Terence Crawford during his 10-year pro career, culminating in a knockout win over long-term rival, Amir Khan in 2022.
