Unbeaten British boxer and younger brother to WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, Tommy Fury and his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague were told that they couldn’t enter a supermarket together.
The Love Island 2019 star Molly-Mae revealed that a shop turned her and boyfriend Tommy Fury away due to breaking coronavirus rules.
The reality star shared the news with her 5.1 million followers on Instagram in a trail of updates on her stories.
Molly first uploaded a video of her Tesco food shopping being delivered via her lift and penned: “I mean that’s some magic door to door service right there.”
“Shout out to Tesco,” the 21-year-old beamed.
However, the blonde beauty went on to explain that the reason behind her online order was due to the fact she and Tommy weren’t allowed to go shopping as a couple from the same household.
“I never do online food shopping because I way prefer to go to the shop itself,” explained Molly alongside a picture of her shopping. “However we were turned away from the supermarket this week for being from the same household, which I think is a new rule?”
“Tommy and I have completely different diets,” she continued. “And buy completely different goods so this seems like the best option now.”
Tommy and Molly have recently moved into a £1.3m home in Cheshire.
The young pair fell for each other on ITV’s hit dating show, Love Island, in 2019 and were crowned the runners up of the series.
This comes after Molly’s Love Island bestie Maura Higgins revealed she was convinced Tommy would propose soon.
“Tommy and Molly will 100 per cent get married," Maura told The Sun on Sunday.
Unbeaten light-heavyweight Tommy Fury was last in action when he defeated a Lithuanian journeyman in two rounds on the undercard of Denzel Bentley vs Mark Haffron 2 in November last year.
'TNT' Tommy is now 4-0 with three KOs, and still just 21-years-old.
