Tina Rupprecht will defend her WBC title against IBF champion Yokasta Valle

Rupprecht will defend WBC title in December

Tina Rupprecht (10-0-1, 3KOs) from Germany, will defend her title against IBF champion, Costa Rican Yokasta Valle (20-2-0, 9KOs).

World Boxing Council Strawweight champion, Tina Rupprecht, will defend her title against IBF champion, Costa Rican Yokasta Valle, on December 12 in Berlin.

'Tiny Tina' comes from successfully defending her crown in December last year, defeating  Spain`s Catalina Diaz, by wide decision. She is a multiple German national champion, currently ranked third best active female minimumweight by BoxRec. Prior to professional boxing, she won 30 amateur bouts, with just five losses and one draw. She is currently unbeaten in 11 bouts as a paid puncher.

For her part, Yokasta comes from knocking out Philippine fighter Carleans Rivas, in February of this year. The 28-year-old has lost just two from 22 contests
