Teremoana Teremoana sized up American rival DeAndre Savage for the first time in-person last night – before he warned every top Heavyweight on the planet that he is ready to beat them next in his quest to become a future World Champion.

Teremoana, the Brisbane-based Paris Olympian (11-0, 11 KOs), has bulldozed his through his opponents since turning professional in December 2024, reeling off seven straight stoppages. 

Next week, on Wednesday, August 12 at The Star Gold Coast – live on DAZN’s KAYO Sports and Fox Sports – the Aussie giant aims to make a big statement performance when he collides with Savage, the. 35-year-old American (11-1, 11 KOs), who has been just as ruthless in the ring, with his only career blemish a points loss to Brandon Moore.

And after standing toe-to-toe with Savage Down Under, Teremoana was boldly quick to turn his attention to a host of huge names in the sport’s marquee division – with his sights set on landing a major domestic showdown with fellow countryman, Justis Huni, along the way.

"Every single Heavyweight in the world is on my radar,” said Teremoana, speaking to DAZN News.

“It’s whether they are close to me or not. And, at the moment, the closest to me is Savage. So he is my priority on August 12.

“When people ask if I want to fight Justis [Huni], yeah I want to fight Justis. I want to fight [Moses] Itauma. I want to fight [Filip] Hrgovic. I want to fight [Daniel] Dubois. I want to fight [Oleksandr] Usyk, [Agit] Kabayel. I want to fight all of these people. But obviously I’ve got to earn my way there.

“Touching on Justis again, because I just want to make it clear that I don’t care too much for the politics. I only want to prove that I am the best fighter in the world. 

"When it comes to that fight, I do think it would fill a stadium. Some people say he’s the best Australian fighter [at Heavyweight]. And some people say that I am. 

"I myself say that I am the best Australian fighter that’s ever been in Australia."

Teremoana headlines a stacked August 12 card that also features Matchroom's latest signing, 'Pretty Boy' Michael Zerafa (34-5-0, 22 KOs), returning to the ring in a co-main event against Alejandro Ortiz, an opponent who comes with an intimidating knockout record, having stopped 25 of his 25 victories.

Plus fans will be treated to a quality undercard featuring WBO-ranked Super Middleweight contender Jack Bowen (13-1, 10 KOs); a 50-50 Flyweight decider between Jasmine Parr (8-2, 3 KOs) and Jemma Peart (9-1, 3 KOs); and unbeaten Toowoomba prospect Lekesha Woodbridge (4-0, 3 KOs) against Thailand's Sothita Sitthical (13-5, 4 KOs).
