Ryan Garcia claims he and Floyd Mayweather have agreed to a WBC world title fight

Garcia, the reigning WBC welterweight champion, claimed Wednesday in a series of social media posts that he and retired Hall of Famer Mayweather have verbally agreed to a 147-pound bout for Garcia's world title.

Garcia claimed, "Trust me at first I thought this was bull***

"But it's real Floyd and I agree to a fight.

"147 for the WBC welterweight championship of the world

"50-0 vs The current champ."

He later added, "Just got off the phone with @floydmayweather. Talking about fighting - it's real and he wants to do a real fight 147. He and I both agreed to post this! Let's Rumble.

"This will be for the 147 WBC world championship I made that very clear and Floyd and I agreed to fight."
