MTK Global to relaunch #MTKFightNight in Kazakhstan on August 23rd
The Fight Night will take place on August 23rd and will feature some of Kazakhstan's top talent
MTK Global have announced a huge card will take place behind closed doors in Kazakhstan later in the month that will feature some top stars from boxing in the country, and will be broadcast live in the US on ESPN+ in association with Top Rank, in Kazakhstan on QAZSPORT and worldwide on IFL TV.
Amateur superstar Kamshybek Kunkabayev will make his highly-anticipated professional debut, facing a huge test against Issa Akberbayev (20-1, 15 KOs). It's rare for a debutant to have such a big challenge, making it clear just how much is expected of Kulakhmet.
Fellow amateur sensations Tursynbay Kulakhmet and Talgat Shaiken make their respective professional debuts against tough opponents on the bill too, with Kulakhmet fighting Sagadat Rakhmankul (6-1, 4 KOs), and Shaiken going up against Breikbay Nurymbetov (5-0, 1 KO).

Elsewhere on the card, Ali Baloyev (9-0, 7 KOs) squares off with Yury Bykhautsou (10-19-3, 5 KOs), Nurtas Azhbenov (9-0, 4 KOs) meets Shavkat Halilov (7-2, 1 KO), Nurdos Tolebay (2-0, 1 KO) fights Nurzhan Makashbayev (0-2) and Ray Seitzhanov (2-0) takes on Talgat Bertleuov (0-1).
