World Boxing Council super-featherweight champion Miguel “Alacran” Berchelt (36-1, 32 KOs) will defend his green and gold belt on November 2nd against capable challenger and former Puerto Rican featherweight champion Jayson Sosa (23-3-4, 16 KOs) with the venue being confirmed as the Dignity Health Sports Park of Carson, California.
The 27-yearold Mexican defending champion, known as 'El Alacran', is pleased that he already has this return date and assures that he's preparing extra hard, because he doesn't relish any “Sting in the tail surprises.”
“I have the belt I had always wanted…of course the Green and Gold one. I'm just not interested in another. But… if my fans want me to unify, then I’m more than ready for any rival. I will prove that I'm the best super feather in the world.”
