The Ring Magazine's Mike Coppinger broke the news that Jake Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) will clash with WBA lightweight champion Gervonta Davis (30-0-1, 28 KOs) in an exhibition bout on November 15, live on Netflix , after talks with Anthony Joshua broke down.

Network issues were cited as the cause in the collapse of the proposed Paul vs AJ fight .

According to Coppinger, 'The Problem Child' and 'Tank' will fight on Saturday, November 15, at State Farm Arena, Atlanta, in an exhibition bout, meaning the result will not be registered on either of their professional boxing records.

Paul's last bout was held at 200lbs, whereas Davis' was 135lbs.

New York promoter Lou DiBella angrily questioned, "Please clarify: What the f--- does exhibition bout even mean in boxing? And who asked for this sh--? And just f-----g why?"
