Moses Itauma has to defeat Filip Hrgovic to face the winner of Dubois-Wardley 2
If Moses Itauma beats Filip Hrgovic this Saturday night, August 29, then he will go on to fight the winner of a Daniel Dubois vs Fabio Wardley rematch, according to British promoter Frank Warren.
The Hall of Fame promoter said, “I think that fight has a great possibility of happening because they're all under the same umbrella. And I think what's important is that we build it at Queensberry.
“We could get that fight on in a football stadium in the UK. At Wembley? It will sell out in a heartbeat. Can you imagine?
“At the national stadium. At Wembley Stadium. It would be something special. There are some great nights that we are making. Queensberry are making these fights happen. We've got a great roster of heavyweights.
“I mean, the three of them, Moses, Fabio, Daniel, they are tremendous punchers. All three of them are tremendous punchers. How exciting would that be if the two winners got together for a fight?
“We’re hoping that all three of the world champions will be with Queensberry after Moses fights on Saturday night, so there's some unifications to make.
“Agit Kabayel, who's holding a WBC belt, is going to be defending his title this year as well in Germany. So it's exciting times.”
