The Bray boxer had always wanted to top the bill at Croke Park and manager Brian Peters and promoter Eddie Hearn strived to deliver it to cap off an outstanding career.

Taylor is 25-1 (6 KOs) and opponent Pili is 12-0 (2 KOs).

Tickets went on presale to Matchroom Fight Pass members last Wednesday as well as Lidl Plus users, with the supermarket chain serving as the headline sponsor of the event.

And when they went on general sale today, they were snapped up within 30 minutes time, proving Taylor's superstar status, who also became the first femae, alongside dance partner Amanda Serrano, to headline at Madison Square Gardens.

Taylor has previously been described as the closest thing to Irish royalty and she has proved jus that with her latest sellout show.
