Estrella Valverde and Sonia Osorio will fight for the WBC interim super flyweight belt

Estella Valverde and Sonia Osorio attended the WBC weekly press conference to discuss their fight on October 25 in Texcoco de Mora, State of Mexico where the WBC interim title will be at stake in the super-fly division.

Estrella, who was very grateful for the opportunity to dispute the coveted green and gold belt, stated that victory is imperative because her goal for 2020 is to win the full title, which is currently in the grip of Lupita Martínez.

Her opponent Osorio is equally keen to become the new interim championship holder of the WBC, in order to fulfill the dream she had since she started boxing in 2013.

Estrella commented that this will be the ninth card presented by Chacales Promotions and hopes that, like the other ones, it will also be a tremendous success.
