Talented WBC Latino champ Diana ‘Bonita’ Fernández (23-3, 4KOs) remains among the firsts fists rated in the the super flyweight division.

Diana Laura Fernández Ortiz has amassed 23 victories, including four knockouts, and is on the comeback trail with three wins on the spin since her WBC World Female bantamweight title defeat to champion Mariana ‘Barbie’ Juarez in June 2019 .

‘La Bonita’, 26, defeated Mariana ‘Pantera’ Mercado (6-2-1, 1KO) at the end of last year, in a great contest, scored at 79-73 twice and 77-75 to Fernandez.

The record of the ‘Bonita’ is crammed with quality fighters - Debora Anahí Dionicius, Lourdes Juárez, Puerto Rican Noemí Bosques, Colombian Olga Julio, Mariana Juárez and Esmeralda Moreno.

Diana is currently in her second reign as WBC Latino Female super-flyweight champion. She was the belt's first owner back in February 2018 and is only one of two fighters to ever win the honours, reigning as the champion for three years over two terms.
