British & English Championships Circular for March 2024
March 14: All the latest male British & English Championships circular
The British Boxing Board of Control have released their latest circular on March 14, 2024.
There's already mega-fights for the prestigious 115-year-old Lord Lonsdale Challenge Belt, such as the heavyweight clash between bitter rivals Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke, but now there's been some new exciting matchups made.
Dennis McCann vs Brad Strand had a last-minute request approved and they now fight for the super bantamweight belt this weekend, March 16, in what will be a cracking 50-50 fight.
Fight fans will be ecstatic to see humble hero Louis Greene, from Medway in Kent, get his well deserved shot at the British welterweight strap after his incredible first round knockout over Jack McGann in Saudi Arabia last weekend. The likeable underdog put on a punch-perfect performance to stop the favourite in under two minutes in Riyadh and now he has been catapulted into the biggest fight of his career as his reward.
