Daniel Dubois next fight due to be announced any day

Former IBF world heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois (22-3, 21 KOs) is wasting no time feeling sorry for himself, as long-term promoter Frank Warren has announced his ring return already.

The south Londoner was in action in July, knocked out in five rounds by the two-time undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk at Wembley Stadium.

Despite the bruising defeat and humbling, stopped four rounds quicker than their first fight in 2023, the 27-year-old youngster is keen to get back in the ring to resume his career.

On a Queensberry Promotions Instagram story, the following question was asked, "So Daniel, you're in the office for a meeting, is there some fight news coming soon?"

The heavyweight replied, "Yeah, big news announcing soon, so, you know, I'll let these guys talk about it, but I'm gonna be well up for it. And I'm coming back!"

Flanked by manager Sam jones, Hall of Fame promoter Frank Warren said, "It was great to catch up with Daniel today, and we're looking forward to the next chapter of his career. Watch out for big fight news soon!"
