How to watch Ben Whittaker vs Conor Wallace

Ben Whittaker has vowed to put on another show-stopping performance when he collides with Conor Wallace on Saturday night in their Final Eliminator for the IBF Light Heavyweight Title – live on DAZN.

Visitor Wallace was buoyed by his vocal travelling support as the pair weighed in ahead of their showdown at the Utilita Arena.

But the reigning and defending WBC Silver belt holder Whittaker was cool, calm and collected as he registered on the scales at 174.9lbs as Wallace came in lighter at 173.9lbs.

Speaking on stage tonight Whittaker, who has stopped all three of his opponents since joining Matchroom Boxing last year, said: "You know what time it is. I bring the glitz and the glam. Tomorrow, it is work time.

"There’s levels to this game. He [Conor Wallace] knows that. He’s happy to be here. I’m meant to be here.

"He’s got a loss on his record, I haven’t. He’s slow as hell. I’m not. I tick every single box, he doesn’t. It’s time now for me to show that.

"My final prediction? Pain."

Wallace, however, insists he is ready to spoil Whittaker's homecoming and as he targets a date with the winner of December's Unified Title showdown between Champion Dmitry Bivol and Callum Smith.

The Australian-based fighter said: "It’s great to have everyone here. There’s nothing like the fighting Irish. But it’s me who is going to be doing the fighting and he [Ben Whittaker] knows that.

"I’ve worked for nights like this my whole life. It’s the biggest test of my career. I know that. But the bigger the fighter, the better I perform.

"I’m coming here tomorrow night to spoil the party. It’s like the fight is in my hometown, not his."

Matchroom Boxing's latest recruit Odel Kamara is the co-Main Event on what is a stacked card as the Super Welterweight sensation from Liverpool makes his eagerly awaited professional debut.

Elsewhere, Walsall's Hamza Uddin battles Sean Bruce for the British & Commonwealth Flyweight Titles, as Bilal Fawaz defends his British & Commonwealth Super Welterweight Titles against Eithan James.

Ibraheem Sulaimaan, meanwhile, meets Sonny Hardy for the English Super Featherweight Title as Aaron Bowen battles Klint Baptiste for the Midlands Area Super Middleweight Title. Plus, rising undefeated young guns Adam Maca and Harley Burrows are both in action too.

Predictions

Tim Rickson, GBN Editor: "I'm expecting Conor to be a decent match for Whittaker. He's very experienced, he's a southpaw with quite a loose, rhythmic style, hands down, bouncing around, with snappy shots, decent feet. However, I do believe he gets caught quite easily, sometimes leaving his head on the firing line with a lack of movement.

"Wallace only has the one loss on his record, which he avenged soon after, so he has a very respected resume and is even ranked above Ben in the IBF ratings at #2.

"I do expect Wallace to cause some problems, but I can also see Whittaker slipping those straight shots and catching Conor on his way in and way out. I think Benn will just be too cat-like with his reflexes and counters and may score yet another highlight-reel KO. I'm fully aware that Ben's last four fights have only lasted one or tow rounds, but I expect this to go a few rounds further, perhaps towards the second half, but I'm not sure it will reach the championship rounds.

"Whittaker to win by KO between rounds 5-8."
