'King' Khan joins battle against coronavirus

In the ongoing battle against Covid-19 coronavirus, Amir Khan is lending a spacious building to the National Health Service of Great Britain to care for those infected.

“I have a 60,000 square foot building that I want to convert into a shopping center and banquet hall for weddings and conferences. It is in the city center of Bolton.

“I decided that before I start working on the interior, I can offer it to the government to use the building. That way it can help all the victims who have Coronavirus, because I see and have read that the hospitals are almost at their maximum capacity because there is no space.”
