Change of opponent in Falkensee: Alen Rahimic now fights Eduardo Bajak

Justin Schmager injured – New “top duel” Rahimic vs. Bajak becomes part of the 10th KUC Boxing Gala

Last-minute change at the 10th international professional boxing gala of KUC Boxing on June 6 at the Stadthalle Falkensee: The originally planned fight between Alen Rahimic and Justin Schmager cannot take place.

Schmager, better known in the scene as “Sprosse,” has sustained an injury in the neck-shoulder area and therefore cannot prepare for the duel as planned.

But a big opportunity remains for Alen Rahimic: The undefeated Berliner will still fight for the International German Championship title of the BDB in the super lightweight division – however, against a new, highly dangerous opponent.

Eduardo Bajak from Giengen an der Brenz stepped in at short notice. The tough fighter brings a record of 8 wins and only one loss and is well known in the scene. Just a few months ago, Bajak faced Hamsat Shadalov, who also boxes in Falkensee, in the ring and demonstrated tremendous resilience as he went the full distance. Now he wants to seize his chance and shatter Rahimic's title dream. With Bajak, Rahimic gets an opponent known for uncompromising fights who doesn’t give up an inch without a fight. For the fans, the last-minute change of opponents is therefore by no means a setback – on the contrary: the signs for an intense exchange of blows could hardly be better.

The anniversary event on June 6 in Falkensee therefore continues to offer a high-class fight card with several title fights. Among others, crowd favorite Hamsat Shadalov will enter the ring in an undefeated duel against Kanan Huseynaliyev, while Paul Wall will fight for the IBF Europe title. Berlin’s Jan Meiser also wants to defend his International German Champion title against Armend Hasani.
