Two of the brightest heavyweight prospects in world boxing turn down opportunities in the UK and US to build their careers at home - a signing Ringside Zone is calling a statement of intent that German boxing is back and ready to dominate on the global stage.

Ringside Zone, Germany's number one boxing promotion, today announced the signing of heavyweight brothers Ismet Ademi (24) and Endrit Ademi (21), together known as the “Ademi Brothers,” in a multi-fight, multi-year agreement.

The Aachen-born duo, regarded as two of the most exciting heavyweight prospects anywhere in the world, held serious interest from established promoters in the United Kingdom and the United States. Both brothers chose instead to stay in Germany and build their careers with Ringside Zone - a decision the promotion is billing as proof that the country's biggest boxing talent no longer needs to leave home to chase a world title.

With the Ademi Brothers now on board, Ringside Zone says the signing is a statement of intent: German boxing is back, and ready to dominate on the global stage.

Born and raised in Aachen to a family of Albanian heritage, Ismet and Endrit were introduced to boxing by their father, with Endrit lacing up gloves at just five years old and Ismet following two years later.

Both came through BC Helios Aachen and, as teenagers, were already sparring with unbeaten professional boxers - a formative experience that convinced them they belonged at the top of the sport.

Across a combined amateur career of roughly 80 bouts, Endrit became a four-time German champion and European medallist, while Ismet won three German titles, the last of them - the German super-heavyweight crown - despite a hand injury and a coach-less preparation alongside his brother.

Now trained by Christian Mohr and Anil Büyüktunca out of Aachen and Neuss, the brothers turned professional in 2026 and have started their careers with a combined record of 3-0, all three wins coming by knockout - Endrit at 2-0 (2 KOs) and Ismet at 1-0 (1 KO).

Ismet is next in action on October 10 at Palazzo Mannheim, when he returns to the ring as part of “Who's Next,” Ringside Zone's new fight and entertainment format for emerging talent.

Ismet Ademi said: “My brother and I had massive offers from abroad, but Germany is our home and this is where we want to build our legacy. Ringside Zone has already shown they can put German fighters in world title fights, and that mattered to us. We made a promise to each other years ago that we would become world champions together - signing here is another step toward keeping it.”

Endrit Ademi said: “Ever since we were sparring with pros at twelve and thirteen years old, we've believed we belonged at the top of this sport. The signing is the latest move in Ringside Zone's mission to restore Germany, a nation with one of boxing's richest heavyweight histories, to the top of the sport. In May 2026, Ringside Zone staged “Night of the Heavyweights” in Mannheim, headlined by Irish contender Paddy Donovan in an IBF title eliminator against Karen Chukhadzhian - a night that put Ringside Zone's growing muscle on full international display. Two months later, the promotion sent its own charge Peter Kadiru in with Murat Gassiev for the WBA Heavyweight World Title, delivering a Ringside Zone fighter a genuine world title opportunity and confirming the promotion's ability to take German talent all the way to boxing's biggest stage.

Germany's heavyweight pedigree was last defined by the Klitschko brothers, Wladimir and Vitali, who adopted the country as their home and went on to dominate the division for the best part of two decades, unifying world titles and turning German arenas into the true capital of heavyweight boxing.
